IRO Creative Pty Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an experience that works with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser zoom.

Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Australian Human Rights Commission under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), and by comparable frameworks internationally (ADA, the EU's EN 301 549, and the UK Equality Act).

What we've done

Measures we've built into the site include:

• Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast minimums.
• Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators, a "skip to content" link, and interactive video reels reachable by keyboard.
• Support for reduced motion — if your device requests it, animations, auto-playing video, and moving carousels are paused or removed.
• Content that remains visible and readable even if scripts don't load.
• Meaningful alternative text on images, and captions/labels on form fields.
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to small screens and at high zoom.

Known limitations

We're continually improving. Some third-party or embedded content (for example, social media embeds and video hosted by external providers) may not fully meet our target standard, as it's partly outside our control. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us — it helps us prioritise fixes.
