Formerly known as Leeming Dental, Smile Together is a modern dental clinic built around holistic, preventative care — family dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and in-house digital dentistry including 3D scanning, digital smile design, and advanced treatment planning.
The capability sat well past general dentistry. Online, almost none of it came across. The presence felt dated, content was thin, and the trust-building was being left to chance — in a category where patients increasingly pick a provider on digital perception alone.
Healthcare content carries a different responsibility. Someone is deciding who to trust with their health, and most of that decision is made before they ever pick up the phone.
So we skipped the promotions and the generic dental messaging and built the strategy around three things instead: trust, education, and approachability.
And we repositioned the clinic while we were at it — from "just another local dentist" to somewhere you'd actively choose for elevated, preventative, personalised care.
A warm, welcoming visual direction that balances professionalism with humanity: natural interactions between staff and patients, modern treatment spaces, and clean but inviting imagery that softens the clinical edge dentistry usually carries.
Premium without being intimidating. Modern without feeling like a waiting room.
Most of the shift came through education. Bite-sized, digestible content helped patients understand oral health, preventative care, and treatment pathways — dentistry made accessible rather than overwhelming. Alongside it we brought the clinic's real capability forward: 3D scanning, digital smile design, veneers, and tailored restorative work, all of it previously under-communicated. Team-led content became the standout performer, because audiences connect faces to care far faster than they connect claims to it.
A tour, the team, and the technology — content built to answer the questions patients have before they'd ever ring to ask them.
Monthly content planning, production, educational graphics, photography, and video storytelling gave Smile Together a presence that holds together instead of arriving in bursts. Broader brand strategy and website direction ran alongside it, so the positioning carried through every touchpoint — while this work stayed focused on content, trust, and patient education.
No follower count tells this story properly. What changed was that the clinic became legible: patients could see the people behind the practice, the technology behind the care, and the philosophy guiding both. Awareness of the preventative and specialised services went up, educational and team-led content drove the engagement, and the presence finally matched the standard of care being delivered in-clinic.
For healthcare brands, content has to educate and reassure long before it asks for a booking. We helped Smile Together move from an outdated presence to one that feels warm, modern, and true to the care they give — and helped patients see dentistry as something long-term rather than something you do when it hurts.
